first post

my name is eugene and i am a first year student at the natural college of natural medicine in a dual program of study for naturopathy and acupuncture. this blog is a collection of my notes from readings and lectures that i'm publishing to help motivate me to keep improving my study process, and hopefully engaging fellow students (and anyone else) in conversation about the material itself. i've been experimenting with different studying and note taking techniques and one that i've found to be helpful is to write an overarching summary, and these are mainly what i'll be posting for now. thanks for visiting!
